单侧人工耳蜗植入儿童宽频声导抗测试声能吸收率特征研究

Acoustic Absorbance Characteristics of Wideband Tympanometry in Children with Unilateral Cochlear Implant

摘要
目的探讨单侧人工耳蜗植入(cochlear implant, CI)儿童宽频声导抗(wideband tympanometry, WBT)声能吸收率的特征,并分析外耳道压力对其影响。方法选取20例(20耳)单侧人工耳蜗植入儿童为人工耳蜗组,25例(46耳)同年龄段听力正常儿童为对照组,两组受试者均行WBT测试,记录全频率范围内声能吸收率,比较两组结果。结果 (1)与对照组相比,外耳道压力为峰压时,人工耳蜗组植入耳声能吸收率在500、1 000 Hz降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),1 000、2 000、6 727 Hz升高,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。(2)人工耳蜗组非植入耳与正常耳比较,声能吸收率在5 339、6 727、7 127 Hz升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在1 000 Hz降低,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。(3)外耳道压力为0 daPa时,人工耳蜗组植入耳226、500 Hz声能吸收率低于峰压时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人工耳蜗植入儿童宽频声导抗测试声能吸收率明显异于正常耳,外耳道压力不同会影响声能吸收率。
