Using DRS Software to Measure Dysphonia Severity Index and Its Validation

摘要
目的探讨应用Dr.Speech(DRS)嗓音分析软件测量嗓音障碍严重程度指数(dysphonia severity index, DSI)的可行性和有效性。方法分别采用DRS和Praat语音分析软件分析55例嗓音障碍成人患者和21例嗓音正常成人的嗓音声学分析主客观数据,建立DSI_(DRS)判别模型并采用留一法进行交叉验证;通过与基于Praat软件测得的DSI进行相关分析,验证两种软件间测量DSI的一致性;对受试者的DSI值与嗓音障碍指数量表(voice handicap index, VHI)得分进行相关分析,了解DSI值与患者自我评估之间的关系。结果通过判别分析,建立了基于DRS软件的DSI测量函数模型:DSI_(DRS)=1.916×jitter(PPQ)-0.004×HF0+0.027×LI+0.020×MPT-0.870;交叉验证结果显示,考虑相邻分级可被接受的情况,DSI_(DRS)对于嗓音G分数评级的分类成功率为82.9%,而DSI_(praat)的分类成功率为77.6%,DSI_(DRS)判别模型的分类成功率高于DSI_(praat)判别模型;DRS软件与Praat软件测得的DSI值及其他指标之间显著正相关(P<0.01);DSI_(DRS)与VHI总分无显著相关(P>0.05)。结论基于DRS软件的DSI测量模型能够有效用于嗓音测量和嗓音障碍严重程度判别,并具有良好的音质评级准确性和两种软件间测量的一致性。
