噪声条件下听觉言语感知的研究进展

摘要
<正>人类的言语交际活动常常受到噪声的干扰,绝对安静的言语交际环境是不存在的。噪声下的言语感知研究有助于学者探究实际生活中的言语交际现象,具有明确而重要的意义。从临床角度来说,噪声下的言语测听(speech audiometry)能更真实地反映听者的言语识别能力,不仅能有效地评估听者的听力水平和助听设备的功能,同时有利于言语加工障碍等疾病的早期诊断和干预。但目前噪声下言语感知的神经机制尚不明确,它不仅依靠于人类听觉系统和认知功能的完整性([1]),还与学习、记忆、联想、
