<正>先天性外中耳畸形(microtia and atresia,MA)俗称小耳畸形,常伴有不同程度的以传导性为主的听力损失,如不加以干预,患者易出现言语发育滞后,进而影响其生活和学习([1])。传统的外耳道成形术可使外耳道狭窄患者获得稳定的术后听力改善,但是对于外耳道闭锁者往往效果不佳([1])。传统的外耳道成形术可使外耳道狭窄患者获得稳定的术后听力改善,但是对于外耳道闭锁者往往效果不佳([2])。因而,使用人工听觉设备,尤其是骨导助听设备(bone conducted hearing device,BCHD),是该类患者听觉功能康复的重要手段([2])。因而,使用人工听觉设备,尤其是骨导助听设备(bone conducted hearing device,BCHD),是该类患者听觉功能康复的重要手段([3])。
