扁桃体切除术对成年男性嗓音功能的影响

摘要

目的探讨扁桃体切除术对成年男性患者嗓音功能的影响。方法对38例Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度扁桃体肥大或慢性扁桃体炎成年男性患者,在全麻下行等离子刀双侧扁桃体切除术,分别于术前、术后1、3个月行嗓音声学分析,比较手术前后发长元音/a/的嗓音基频(F0)、频率微扰(jitter)、振幅微扰(shimmer)、噪谐比(NHR)和第一、二、三共振峰(F1、F2、F3)频率。结果与术前相比,所有患者术后1个月及3个月时的嗓音基频(F0)、基频微扰(jitter)、振幅微扰(shimmer)无明显差异(P>0.05),噪谐比(NHR)明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与术前相比,所有患者术后1个月及3个月时的F1、F2频率无明显差异(P>0.05);F3频率术后明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扁桃体切除术3个月内会导致成年男性嗓音NHR及元音第三共振峰频率改变。
