唐氏综合征儿童名词、动词、形容词理解能力特征研究

摘要
目的探究唐氏综合征(Down syndrome,DS)儿童对不同类型名词、动词和形容词理解的特征。方法以37例7~17岁(平均年龄为11.39±2.62岁)学龄段DS儿童及37例3~6岁(平均年龄为4.22±0.58岁)学龄前普通(typically developing,TD)儿童为研究对象,参照皮博迪图片词汇测验修订版(Peabody picture vocabulary test revised,PPVT-R)"听目标词-指认图片"的测试形式,测试并比较这两组同等智力水平受试儿童对名词、动词和形容词理解的正确率。结果 DS儿童对指人、指物和抽象名词理解的正确率(分别为66.77%±29.9%、61.93%±19.67%、47.97%±33.01%)极显著低于同智力水平的TD儿童(分别为83.78%±26.78%、78.83%±10.20%、72.97%±24.56%)(P<0.001);DS儿童对动作动词理解的正确率(48.65%±16.82%)极显著低于同智力水平的TD儿童(79.05%±12.41%)(P<0.001); DS儿童对机体感觉类、情绪情感类和品性行为类形容词理解的正确率(分别为44.32%±27.54%、63.96%±27.64%、41.89%±27.04%)极显著低于同智力水平的TD儿童(分别为64.86%±20.22%、93.69%±13.23%、69.59%±20.53%)(P<0.001);两组受试儿童对外部特征类形容词、性质评价类形容词和事件情境类形容词理解的正确率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 DS儿童词汇理解能力的发展落后于同等智力水平的TD儿童,对DS儿童的词汇理解能力进行干预是必须的;DS儿童的语言教育与康复应遵循由具体到抽象的原则。
