<正>口吃是一种常见的言语流畅性障碍,也是一种复杂且多重的言语障碍,通常会出现周期性拉长声音、重复或阻断声音或音节[1]。大多数学龄前口吃儿童能够自行恢复,但也有少部分儿童的口吃会持续终身。而儿童早期口吃的治疗方案也不少,分为间接疗法与直接疗法,其区别在于前者的重点是操纵环境因素(间接),后者是聚焦于改善儿童的言语(直接);其中最重要的两种方法便是基于需求和能力模型(demands-capacities model,DCM)的间接治疗方法,以
