不同音色言语训练对人工耳蜗植入儿童言语康复的效果分析

摘要
目的探讨中文开放式言语评估系统(mandarin speech perception,MSP)中三种不同音色言语训练形式对人工耳蜗植入儿童言语康复训练效果。方法选取40例单侧人工耳蜗植入的先天性语前聋儿童,根据MSP系统训练形式的不同随机分为4组:青年女声(播报形式)组(训练A组)、女声(标准化已验证录音材料)(训练B组)和童声(卡通人物故事形式)组(训练C组)、对照组,每组各10例。对照组儿童仅接受重庆市聋儿康复中心提供的言语训练方法,A、B、C训练组儿童在接受聋康中心言语训练的同时分别再单独使用MSP系统三种训练形式之一,训练时间均为90天;各组训练前后进行封闭式言语测试,比较各组言语感知水平提高程度。结果训练A、B、C组训练后封闭式言语测试正确率(分别为49.58%±14.49%、55.41%±14.43%、55.0%±13.28%)较对照组(47.08%±16.46%)显著提高(P<0.05)。结论在常规言语康复的基础上加入不同音色言语训练可提高人工耳蜗植入儿童言语的感知力;MSP系统中的多种言语康复形式易于被儿童接受,可作为常规康复方法的有益补充。
