基于智能手机的数字助听器自主验配系统

Digital Hearing Aid Self-fitting System Based on Smartphone

摘要
目的设计开发基于智能手机的数字助听器自主验配系统并验证该系统验配助听器的可行性。方法对11例(22耳)中度到极重度听力损失患者分别采用自主验配系统和传统助听器验配方法进行双耳助听器验配,验配前后均行纯音听阈和言语识别率测试,分析结果。结果 22耳裸耳、传统验配和自主验配助听器后的平均纯音听阈分别为64.94±10.84、32.89±5.32和32.67±5.19 dB HL,言语识别率分别为57.09%±9.73%、79.45%±8.13%和78.54%±6.82%,自主验配助听器前后的平均听阈和平均言语识别率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且自主验配与传统验配助听器后的纯音平均听阈值和言语识别率差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05)。结论应用基于智能手机的数字助听器自主验配系统对听力损失患者进行助听器验配是可行的,可以尝试采用该系统对听障患者进行助听器验配。
