<正>肌紧张性发声障碍(muscle tension dysphonia, MTD)又称功能亢进性发声障碍、功能过强性发声障碍等[1,2],1983年由莫里森等首次提出[3~5]。MTD是指由多种病因导致在发声过程中,喉外肌过度紧张,使喉部软骨结构紊乱,影响喉内肌组织和声带张力,从而声音异常的疾病[3,6]。该病好发于中年女性[1],其病因、发病机制目前尚不十分清楚, 缺乏明确诊断的客观标准[2],严重影响患者语音质量和生活质量[7],且临床
